قال الدكتور أبراهيم موسى الورد التدريسي في كلية الادارة والاقتصاد جامعة بغداد أن للتضخم نتائج وخيمة تنعكس على حياة المجتمع وتزيد من صعوبتها وتولد تفاوتاً في الدخول وأنخفاض في مستوى تشغيل الطاقات الانتاجية وبالتالي تناقص فرص العمل،وان معدلات البطالة تعد مؤشراً اقتصادياً يستدل منه على حسن أداء السياسة الاقتصادية للحكومات وعلى اتجاهات اقتصادياتها

الورد اكد ايضاً ان سبل وسائل مواجهة افرازات التضخم الذي تعددت أسبابه انه مرتبط بتوسع الكتلة النقدية لذلك فان تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي لابد ان يتم عبر ترصين وبناء قيمة الوحدة النقدية العراقــية( الدينار) أزاء العملة الاجنبية وتقوية سعر صرفها كما ان خفض التضخم لايتم الا عبر ضبط الظاهرة النقدية وثبات النمو النقدي على نحو يحقق الاستقرار الاقتصادي، وهو مسؤولية السياسة النقدية التي ينبغي عليها جعل نظام الصرف نظاماً اكثر مرونة من وضعه الحالي ويعمل باتجاه الصعود التدريجي لمصلحة الدينار العراقي ما يخلق في النهاية مناخاً اقتصادياً مستقراً يوفر الازدهار والتفاؤل والنمو للاقتصاد العراقي،يفهم من تحليل الدكتور ابراهيم الورد انه مع اجراءات البنك المركزي في تقوية قيمة الدينار العراقي امام العملات الاجنبية.

و .Dr. Safaa Eissawi called Taki, assistant professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Babel that the investment law is the most important step of the government towards the development of the economy and rebuilding infrastructure, noting that the new law contains articles and paragraphs encourages well-Arab and foreign investors to enter the Iraqi arena because he equated rights of the investor and his Iraqi Arabs and foreigners, He stands at equal distance from everybody except for the right to own land, which make it exclusive to the Iraqi investors.

و .Dr. Eissawi called and stressed the need to initiate the formation of the cabinet to a safe area can invite foreign investors by explaining that one of the first guarantees to be provided to activate the investment law and its implementation is the correct format to ensure security, since investors do not care about the financial support as their security assurances.
