i wouldnt suggest trading your dinar for dollars when it becomes available. might wanna think about keeping it in dinar or going with euro initially until this depression of the dollar that is looming goes away.

Thats right SGS plenty of offshore accounts that can be set up in Euros! Thats what I will be doing!

SGS: Thats right why would you open up the isx and allow all those rich saudis, jordanians or kuwait's when you would prefer to give first option to Iraqi's.

It makes sense to me for the dinar to RV first, then have aperiod of fime before the ISX opens to foreign investors. If the RV happened, then ISX opened to foreign investors,& then the elctronic ISX occurred too closely together, it might be more than the system could handle (in a system overload kind of fashion). So maybe the RV comes first and then there is a shake-out period before the ISX.

This is exactly how it will happen but the million dinar questions is when???

either way it has to RV before the ISx open upto Foreigners! If i can purchase 6 million shares just imagine what others can do with money?

My point was that I don't think all of these things will "domino" at once in a bang, bang, bang fashion. But would have a period of time between each to allow the Iraqi's to be ready for the next huge historic event. In other words, I think all at once would be too much. The good news is I think in any senaio, the RV comes first.
