Too bad they were not running the whole country from start for we would not have had to wait this long for restoration of value of dinar as the Baghdad bunglers stumble along crippled by incomptent leaders in parliament. I like what I am hearing finally.

In its daily statement the bank said it had covered all bids, which included $10.325 million in cash and $41.440 million in foreign transfers at an exchange rate of 1,260 dinars per dollar, unchanged from Thursday.
None of the 14 banks that participated in Sunday’s auction offered to sell dollars.
Ali al-Yasseri, a trader at the auction, told the independent news agency Voices of Iraq (VOI) "the size of today's bids for the dollar were reasonable but the lower bids for the dollar in foreign transfers by governmental departments brought down the overall size of today's transactions."
Iraqi Central Bank runs a daily auction for selling and buying the dollar from Sunday to Thursday.

I haven't seen that before......what exactly do those figure represent, i mean i know it's not a currency.......can someone clarify?

SDR is not a currency, it is a basket of currencies set by IMF as an international reserve asset.
