As far as I remember, they had only one month vacation last year: the month of August.

Thanks Fred. Sounds very positive. Now if they have the first reading on the 17th, and with the requirement of 3 readings before they pass laws, they should have enough time before 30 June to hold the other two readings (maybe one per week)?

It has appears to me that in the past I believe they will do a reading a week. Not sure if it is required but am sure one of the more astute will be able to correct me if I am wrong.
