i have rebooted twice, i have disconnected from my cable and reconnected. i have my settings such that i require a new copy of every page each time i visit it. i also am set to dump my temporary internet files with each browser close. i can access every single page i attempt but that one.

i am a former computer technical engineer, its not my system or connection.

and yes i was seeing it for 5 hours refreshing every ten minutes or so with wednesdays auction up but the last time i tried it about an hour ago it stopped accessing anything and gave me the error.

Wednesday rate still posted on cbi site

i tried through mozilla and internet explorer, but accessed it both times with yesterdays rate.
hmmmm.

now ive got it back. sorry for the heart failure.

check out the history of the auctions tho. the only dates this year they didnt have an auction were jan. 7, jan. 30, march 21, april 9, may 1. werent these days holidays? and we know theyve had alot of curfews this year already.

I REMEMBER a while back the same thing happening with the old rate from the day before.

I think yes they were holidays, and i don't beleive this curfew is affecting cbi, there are businesses open, i'm holding back from jumping out of my skin, cause i think something good maybe be stewing
