I've seen this. The way it's announced you would think that all involved are pretty sure that the HCL will be passed by then. Let's hope so. Or else this conference could be pushed back again. We'll find out soon.

Everyone needs to get excited! Guys the HCL is a done deal! With the formation of a new political party about to be announced by maliki and the arrest of a key parliamentary speaker who has atleast 45 seats, this is a done deal! OSW was right when he said no Rv without a reshuffel of parliament! Laws passed but not ammendments! I bet now with the new political party we will see within a week major announcements as mentioned!

Interesting, I especially like
The conference will be the first major international oil conference after the endorsement of the new hydrocarbon law.Habakkuk 2:2-3 Then the LORD answered me and said: “ Write the vision And make it plain on tablets,
That he may run who reads it. 3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.
