Article (140) of the Constitution lost cover the legal and constitutional
Commenting on the statement Made by MP Hasan al- Member Aiitlav rule of law in which he referred to the coalition prepared to provide a formal written memorandum bearing the signatures of representatives of all parties by state law under which the Kurdish pledge The application of Article (140) of the Constitution and for the normalization of the situation in Kirkuk and other disputed territories in exchange for ensuring support them in the ongoing negotiations to form a new government, made a member of the Iraqi List and another for the province of Kirkuk, Turkmen ژاله Alinvtji text The following statement : -
Almaldp (140) of the Constitution, as is well known lost the legal and constitutional cover with the end of the legal period assigned to them under the Constitution with the end of 2007 And, as is well known from a legal standpoint, who would like to revive this article again Should refer first to the text of the article (142) of the Constitution and of constitutional amendments.
For our part we are representatives of the Turkmen, we categorically reject the idea of pushing the issue of Kirkuk within the framework of bargaining and political deals and call on everyone to respect her privacy and not to make it a tool to bargain for political gains versus political pots, Because it is a sensitive issue and a national dimension in the first place and therefore could not be any one of the Iraqi parties to make fun of this issue to serve his own political agenda.
Because the fate of Kirkuk An issue for all Iraqis of different affiliations and orientations in addition to the regional dimension and international levels.
