Regarding the compensations within implementation of article 140 Ihsan said: “We have our own working system. Compensations are not for those who were oppressed by the ousted Baath regime, but for those who return to their original places.”

Answering a question about article 140’s implementation period, Fahmi said: “Article 140 is a constitutional one. The timetable, which has been scheduled for article 140, is for accelerating its implementation not for its extension. Currently we will do our works unless the Iraqi government doesn’t let us. 18 Kurdish Villages Demand to be Included within Article 140's Compensation
