Education between good intentions of the decision maker & controls the market objectivity

Milton Friedman points in the big economic theorizing substantive and senior supporters of free economy methodology sender Almedd political democracy and His Holiness the human right to freedom and emancipation and perhaps the most profound points referring to the economic decision to build on the goodwill of the decision maker, but is governed by variables of a substantive nature, can not The decision maker ignored, and if Mafl therefore out of the area Cress is money they point to the consequences of that decision.

It will not be for the good faith presumed ability to reduce the cost of that resolution sinner.
Education is one of the economic activities that fall within the framework of public goods and services of non-sailing (the goods and services that Makedmt if anyone will be able to withhold submission from the others (for example, defence), as some people think the health of mothers and the definition of deception and the health of flimsy argument.

Friedman refers rebuttal that definition to build a bridge, for example, might consider him as a public service benefit of all people alike (and a glaring example of this assumption reflects the goodwill of the decision maker) and the fact that building the bridge will benefit from the rich at the expense of the poor and thus the situation For University building or opening a centre for vocational training or even a house for religious education.

Skilful and analysis (long-term analyses) Friedman found that the availability of good faith, this will not prevent future focus of those benefits to the children of construction of large owners of wealth and depriving children of low-income. The goal of this declining functions goodwill with the objectives that posed reality and this is the case of higher education and the state of education and the state of training and rehabilitation.

In the framework of the market, understand all these affairs on the basis that they goods or services if they were subject to the decision maker's intentions in the broader screening mostly far-reaching objectives are contrary to the goals espoused by the decision maker according to a presumption of good intentions.

Therefore it is right in a developing country, even ones starting at the micro level, to place this important matter to market forces. It is the true guarantor of balance and consistency and harmony between the demand for labour force quality and quantity gives us important requirement that the lowest cost.

If we do not trust this evidence proved the pilot to accept that there is no doubt one case enables government intervention and good intentions of the decision maker to ensure completion of this important balance goal, in addition to other secretions such poor quality education, high output and the absurdity of quantum product of the strong public, and even turned into Government are required from the government to create a convincing to absorb unemployment and repression of popular discontent, resulting in distortions in the market helped create more distortions in other sectors in promoting continuous distortions inherited blatant government intervention in this regard Economic year.

From this we want to say that in Iraq and the availability of the will and the circumstances of transition towards democracy and political conditionality linked to the sender free economy, we have to change the point of view about education, particularly (higher education) and perhaps a rare opportunity and a unique, Privatization is important and a very important mechanism for adaptation to Guarantor market controls to create the required balance in the demand for and supply of manpower, and the cost of depriving some people will not be harsher than the cost of the accumulation of huge amount of the labor force as to provide capacity for absorption of productive jobs.

Also hoped to develop and diversify the economy and then develop and diversify the areas of education variable continued. In other words, a last resort will not be limited to the creation of market and the resurrection metres or any kind of education output required by an evolution in any activity or economic sector and the public to possess the full argument, but some, but I beg empirical historical evidence to enhance the credibility of this vision, which was concluded by saying:

Market automaticity able to solve the problems of education minimum cost is not good intentions. The government is capable of goodwill on the complexity of the problems of education. If the market deficiencies resulting from the availability of mechanisms to avoid the possibility of the market accompanied by some of the sins.

But the effects of government intervention distorted as to provide absolutely no possibility to avoid and is the only available replacement market, and not promote distortion and official bases and complicated consequences.

Kirkuk and the Provincial Elections Law

Amongst the current political conflicts on the Kirkuk issue, in order to avert the emergence of greater crisis in the city and eventually blowing up the situation, Kurdish political leadership demonstrated modesty on all of the issues that are related to Kirkuk.

From the very beginning, Kurds asked for upholding the law and the Iraqi permanent constitution for settling the crisis, but some parties, namely those who call themselves (the group of July22nd), rejected this justifiable offer by the Kurds.

For settling the same issues, Kurdish leadership accepted suggestions of some sides for delaying the elections in the city until figuring out a sensible solution, however, it was rejected by the same sides as if their rights have been denied and asking for their rights.

Kurds accepted the mediation of UN and showed their approval on the two previous projects and the current one for Kirkuk provincial elections, as well as, the distribution of administration in the city.

It was expected that the Iraqi parliament would discuss and vote on the project of the UN in yesterday's session, but again the process failed ,because the sides ,we referred to, have made so many changes to the project and amended it in such a way that closely resembled the article 24 of July 22nd.

The political leadership and the Kurdistani bloc, despite the fact that they have chosen to have a moderate stance until now in order to have a healthy path for the developments towards solution and consensus, even accepting Kirkuk to have a special status, but rejected that amended project.

Despite the provocative goal of these sides, they also aim at widening and deepening the crisis to an extent that mediation and interference of certain countries would deem inevitable.

Demonstration of modesty in politics and diplomatic issues, like the one the Kurdish leadership currently adopting, does not mean turning blind eye to the rights and certain documented historic realities, like the proportion of Kurdish population and its historic, geographic belonging to Kurdistan,

Moreover, the injustice policies oh previous regimes which were practiced against the city.

Demonstration of modesty is evidence that Kurds seek figuring out a solution to get out Iraq of this current political and legal crisis. Therefore; those sides, which are until now against all these suggestions and projects that are in amount to the minimum of reality and constitution, should know that how they are fanatic and unwavering in minimum of their unlawful demands, Kurds also who are the first owner of this right in this case, when demonstrates modesty, does not mean that they will keep making concessions on these indispensable demands and rights that for decades they are striving for.

What the Kurds, including both the Islamic Union and the Kurdistan Alliance Bloc demand and insist on, are in the best interest of the entire Iraqi political process and the future of all the components of Kirkuk province, not only in the interest of Kurds.
