Ahhh, the ever-so-confusing translated news page. I seem to remember a similar news story but cannot think of when it was... maybe last year or the year before?
Stories like this (and most news out of the Arabic sources) are so hard to read because they have been translated by a computer... 70% of the sentences make sense. %30 make you doubt the other 70%.....LOL
Oh well, it looks like they are trying to say Iraq is not affected by the current global economic crisis, and that is GOOD NEWS.Do unto others....you know the rest...

UK and Iraq seek imminent security deal

Finance: Our economic policy has made Iraq a liberal economy disciplined
