Citizens are invited to improve the ration card items .. Employees are covered: the decision block is not economically feasible if appliedindiscriminately

The decision on the government to withhold the ration card of the senior staff of the different reactions by the government and other circles of people counted in the time dimension, with some observers propaganda with the start of the countdown to the date of parliamentary elections. (Term) surveyed the views of some who say this decision as a government official, Falah Sharhan: that the problem is not in the resolution but its application and, if applied, it did not meet any need and Aiwdi needs to improve the quality of materials in terms of corruption is as long as they give the right hand and left hand to get that and I think This decision is tantamount to throwing dust in our eyes the eyes of the poor who will go to election day, and I think it was a botched if to do so.

The clarity of e-Bader, director of savings and says: I take it that the proposed resolution and that resolution is economically feasible if the plan has been developed and is not random and that the propaganda is not only the fact that this procedure has worked since the foot and especially in the heart of Islam, when the gates open house money Muslims the poor, not only for the wealthy merchants, then, if this resolution is thus a good decision, and we all work to make it a success because it thus meets the needs of many people, and especially the increasing share and improving the quality and that reflects on the poor majority that desperately need to share the integrated and is also reflected in the prices in the markets of food and here I mean the question of sufficiency.

According to Salim Daoud Safi is covered by a senior manager to withhold the ration card I am the first to apply such a decision when it is in the interest of the poor and improve the quality of materials and redressing the runaway prices in the market for now, I believe that the ration card items are virtually non-existent either Ferdiip quality and even the poor do not wants to receive, and sometimes bartered with imported good as not fit for consumption or not good.

The Under-Thafer Subhi food: If this decree is implemented, and the work already done, it could lead to the improvement of the ration card items that we have always ashamed of their receipt from the carrier and delivered to the citizen comments and not to mention the many uncertainties surrounding the citizen on the frequent shortages in most of the vocabulary that is not so good and go back I tell the resolution can succeed if the government and the ministry of that.

And want a beautiful Muhammad Salman housewife that activates this trend of no ration card from the senior staff that they wish to Aihtajunha and also improve the quality of materials if the government has doubled the number of items and we hope the price controls are on the rise, and we enter the weak Anicoy this article dealing with the scarcity of supply and we hope that is not this resolution for an election to the top here in the neighborhood we inhabit.

Mohamed Radi says: We do not need to (Robinhod) take from the rich and give to the poor, but we need justice in the distribution and the provision of people's livelihood, which grows and the priorities of the Government of Yemen, we have from him is not this or that and do not want to remember the men by the former regime of Makramat are Atntli We therefore call upon Government to adopt measures to ensure the success of this experiment and the compensation of the ration card items to other paragraphs or improve current.

Muhammed Hikmet and urges the Government to replace the metal to accelerate the implementation of this resolution, which will be the welfare of the poor by the government's claim, especially those on low income, retirees are many, and the government if it is serious about the resolution to clarify the desired benefits as well as instructions and the start of its implementation, but I do not think this government is serious resolution and the bubble may soon end as the rest of the bubbles the previous government.

Says Ali Hussein, Qais Officer: I do not think that a successful resolution and what is withheld from the ration card and how big a number compared to the hearts of Iraq Vhss those covered by the decision, but what proportion does not exceed one percent, so the resolution as I think of no benefit to poor households.

    Banking paradox

Dominated by banks, in Iraq, a rate of 97% of the total assets of banks in general at the time of the banking system consists of 6 banks, government and only 32 banks which have indeed a paradox in relation to the number of banks in relation to civil government, and despite the increase in capital for banks to civil government, the the proportion of the assets of the commercial banking system refers to the 90% of its assets to the banks, and 80% of the credit that the banks would be monopolized, which means that banks, despite the high capacity of capital, are still conservative in nature in the granting of credit is an indication of loss of confidence in the banking relationship in the work of banks, civil and the dominance of the banking sector, the government on the movement of the banking market

In this way, most interesting thing about the need to re-consider and to create a legislative environment governing the work between the government and private banks in the form of allowing for the vastness of the private sector in this vital sector in order to strengthen the country's financial depth and activating activity Sayrafi and investment banking and banks of this size that can play a significant development if elevated to the level of performance equivalent to the volume of traffic expected trade and investment in the country and the private banking sector and the public to rise to the position to sustain the work Sayrafi, financial, and despite the vast gap between the work of the banking sector in Iraq and the Arab and foreign countries, the competence and experience in the bank as to whether Iraq is in a position strengthened of modern banking techniques that exceed the performance advantage of offshore banking, a sector is calculated for this age-old paradox, but this type of banks more than four times those of the government and capital of the largest offset activity is not equivalent to the size of a reverse these indicators that the reform would require a large includes a bank address structural imbalances and to re-examine the bank's capital and the provision of legal environment and achieve a clear flow of work in the reasons for the banking and bring new operational plan is able to provide efficient services and the use of modern technical world and the training of bank personnel to address unemployment and underemployment in the banks and the adoption of the proposal of the Association of Iraqi banks to establish a joint bank in which the eligibility of banks and government banks and some foreign capital and adopt appropriate and takes into account the foundations of the international banking business and technology of modern banking and through these reforms and actions that can be banks, civil and governmental organizations to contribute to even higher percentages in the general banking activity, as well as in the gross domestic product and all of this can be Itotr under the heading of banking reforms and legislation that create an atmosphere suitable climates and fertile of the banking sector is free of anomalies and imbalances.
