Federal Court is the power to resolve the dispute over oil contracts is it the Council of Ministers or the House of Representatives

Bulletin of morning in the newspaper today on page (10) on the subject of dispute between the oil and gas in the House of Representatives and the Council of Ministers.

A member of the House of Representatives Noureddine Hayali member of the Committee on the oil and gas in a press release called on the government not to enter into any contract until after this decade to return to the House of Representatives for approval and discussion by the laws in force so far.

The Hayali Round specializes in licensing oil fields discovered and produced to the Commission stating that the oil and gas, believes it necessary that there be a license for these fields in contrast to the first contracts that were concluded in Rumaila North and South because it is one of the producing fields, which could be developed through the oil company the south and the Iraqi cadres and specialized.

He Hayali we apply to the Federal Supreme Court two weeks ago, a statement of opinion to resolve the dispute between us and the government entered into on the terms of reference of such contracts is it the Council of Ministers or the House of Representatives? We believe that the Federal Court would rule in favor of the laws in force which maintains that the contracts concluded by the Council of Representatives.
