I guess you don´t want to mention anymore dates now since all of them have been false. I know you try hard. I guess we have to wait a bit longer and don´t listen to all these deadlines. It will happen when it happens

It will lose the Iraqi dinar its purchase power and there will be no space for small currencies. Dr.. Salim Mohammed Abood, from the Customer and Market to Japan Center in Baghdad University said that the step of dropping the zeros will decrease the purchase power of the Iraqi dinar and in stead of that we should control the national resources, get rid of the illusive projects which have high percentage of expenditures in addition to the salaries and equipments assigned for security institutions.
Dr.. Salah Al-Baghdadi Sahib, from the Higher Institute of Accountant and Financial Studies in Baghdad University clarified that the government has to concentrate on tasks such as defusing the fuel crises rather than increasing its prices, supporting the item prices in the markets, continue providing foreign currency through the Iraqi Central Bank to keep exchanging the price of the Iraqi dinar against foreign currencies. Sinan Al-Shibibi, the central bank governor has promised to form a committee of experts from the bank, ministry of finance and the commercial bank to study proposals. The Iraqi citizen, hameed Jasim expressed his happiness wondering if the Iraqi dinar will regain its value during the seventies and eighties of the previous century when it equaled three American Dollars. He also said (why don't we have a strong dinar since our country is rich and has all the necessary requirements for development). Another Iraqi citizen, Hasan Bahaa, has another vision. He said that the government is aiming at keeping the Iraqi people busy because most of them are unemployed and even if they find jobs. they will find themselves exposed to many risks so there is no use of such procedures unpractical.

This is why we are in for a long wait. This place is going to implode before these guys do anything! Well I guess I'll pay a liitle more attention to the realist and take off these rose colored glasses because it's obvious that the CBI has nothing planned in the near future. Time to take a break from the rumors for a while. The last 3 weeks have been torture. Good luck everyone, I think we'll need it.

We know something has to give soon and with international investors reaching for their cheque books it's just a matter of time, sooner rather than later. Hydrocarbon Law and Oil Law will be passed before the year is out for sure. The FIL so I've heard has been done, so we wait for the announcement with the r/v at the same time. With inflation rising and pressure from Bush, the Kurds and rest of the debt forgiving countries they have no other option but to r/v and do it soon.

My take is within 8 weeks maximum we'll be :0)))))))))))))

no, lol, i never mentioned that long. at this rate with the news the way it is im more inclined to think that its alot sooner than your discouragement lends.

i havent been in control of ANY of the delays. i present what information i get and tell everyone when i think its going to happen. because i dont use those damn letters after my statements doesnt mean it isnt my opinion. would you rather i not say a damn thing??? that can be arranged.

im sorry if people cant read my posts like i type them out. but i would think that common sense practices would apply...

to make everyone happy ill post news and not say nothin about anything we find out from other sources.

Hey All

The thing that concerns me now is the action and some rumours of an attack on Iran. If this administration strikes Iran with nuclear weapons then we are going to be in for a looooong wait and possibly longer if this insane action takes place....could lead to a regional conflict which would make stability in Iraq more volatile....
