Someone correct me if I'm wrong BUT, I believe that unless you go to Iraq and cash out, you would have to transfer your funds to a (I'm assuming) U.S. bank. In doing so anything over $5,000 (Might be $10k) the banks have to fill out a form and report the funds to the IRS for tax purposes. I hope this helps.

I'm a leader silly! And my girls are some of the best. Makes me proud. If I could take the money they raised and put it into dinars, my girls could travel the world, but sadly that is not allowed.

You are 100% correct. It is in fact $5,000.00.It automatically flags the IRS.

Last I heard they dropped it to $3,000.00

as of 2 weeks ago chase as well as all other chicagoland banks as well as the major currency exchange downtown do not deal in dinar at all, buy or sell and cannot be ordered.
