Here's a thought.
Reval prior to distributing the 10,000 dinar. Require an inspection of each families home prior to distributing the dinar. If you want the money, you must prove that you don't have a stash of RPG's, IED's, etc.

Anyone notice how alsabaah skipped a day today, as it never updated last night? It did the same thing last week, it didn't update for a whole day, and then updated on a normal weekend day instead.

If the same thing holds true this week, alsabaah should update in about 1 or two hours from now.

The current time is 8:48 PM Pacific

Alsabaah usually updated around 10-11 pm pacific, it didnt last night.

you can think of it two ways.... either they are NOT happy or they are humiliated to think that a woman has to come over and straighten them out.

either way the motivation works, lol.
