I thought I read an article this morning that Susie posted that indicated this?? It mentioned something about disagreements among parliament because the law draft lacked wording to prevent Iraq from being consumed so-to-speak. The concern was that investors would come in and overrun Iraq from a busines POV.

The proposal Virtue block grant university students a monthly bonus and pay for staff such as Eid al-Fitr welcome in the House of Representatives and the Ministry of Finance. The deputy Virtue Karim have deployed that the proposal calls for university students monthly grant of one hundred thousand dinars, and to help them to perform their jobs scientific and pushing for greater excellence.
Something caught my eye on the reference to 100,000 dinar for students and staff. It's a monthly bonus. Any thoughts on this regarding the r/v? Thanks
