Rice's 2 day trip to Iraq is meant to show U.S. support for the fragile central government, she also said the U.S. would not halt its backing for the country struggling government.
" The option that the president has been very clear that he is not reviewing is beginning to somehow remove American support for this new regime, for this new goverment in Iraq, before it's able to do the job on its own."

Hey Suzie, how do you know GBUSH?
This is NOT my rumor, this was posted by Gbush on ------!!!
Iraqi government is on there way out! Their will be a new government put in run by Coalition Authority.... Because kurds love everyone and have no problems working with each other. Shiit and Sunni will set appart
and only when they come to Bagdah will they be able to kill each other.
Oil revenues will be shared equally. The Dinar will RV very, VERY HIGH!
Just Like Shot~ Gun~ Susue! just kidding! Nothing is that high! 1.50 +....
More will be posted in the weeks to come. The Shiit an Sunni are never going to agree on any issue so someone will have to force the issue. The CA will be able to implement FIL, Hydrocarbon Law, and RV.. We have this going for us

I don't know if this has been posted, looked backed and could not find it yesterday...lots of interesting articles, many positive.
KRG’s Minister of Natural Resources, Ashti Hawrami, said that his government is working on a draft for oil sales that enables regional governments to handle the sales directly with purchasing companies.
In a statement to Al-Sabah paper, Hawrami said that the KRG had voiced full readiness to cooperate with Baghdad in the process of running the nine oil fields in the Kurdish region that the minister said solely belonged to the regional government.
On the other hand, Helky Idy, head of the Norwegian OND company that specializes in the oil-drilling industry, said that his company was expecting to drill for crude oil in the Kurdistan region beginning in 2007.

For what I understand of this!
That they are going to be paid for going to school and get a higher education.
There government wants to offset of what it costs, for supplies transportation and so forth. I fell it is like paying a child an allowance for cleaning his room. That is my opinion. But I also see it on there point of view, because they have lost so much they are giving a helping hand to the young people over their to keep them in school for the education and to keep them off the streets and join a militia.
But this is my opinion.
Any kind of helping hand they can get is benifical to all.

I agree. They really have come along way in a short time. Maybe not as fast as we want, but they have done a good job. And with C. R. visiting today, basically telling them to shiite or get of the pot....well I think they would rather et their acts together
