Investors are not expected to pour into Iraq as soon as foreign investment was open, he said and added: “an investment commission is needed to encourage foreign investment into Iraq.”
Iraqi law makers expressed some reservations over enacting an investment law with no restrictions to safeguard Iraqi national economy were in place.
