this has been explained to me by a professional international banking liason. might wanna check eosirl2's posts at iif about this subject for a good explanation.

Susie, is this what you see as the reval? If this is the case, as you said, it has to be announced very fast now or it's gonna get crazy at the banks!

answer me this, why did they take the statement about the monday auctions off the cbi site??
i bet there will be no auction today (monday), probably not for a few days.
im sure thats why there was a huge auction yesterday (sunday) coz the banks wanted to stock up for the dry spell.

Golden rule in calculating the rates, if it is USD before the decimal moves, it is still USD after the decimal moves.

Any reference to .68 or .00068 etc this is USD not dinar.

Any reference to 1472 or 1.47 etc this is Dinar not USD.

As these rate are inverses of each other, this cause the confusion.
