    1 Jordanian Dinar = 1.42159 US Dollar

1 US Dollar (USD) = 0.70344 Jordanian Dinar (JOD)

    Interbank rate +/- 0%

    This means:
You buy 1 Jordanian Dinar : 1.42159 US Dollar
You sell 1 Jordanian Dinar : 1.40168 US Dollar
You buy 1 US Dollar : 0.70344 Jordanian Dinar
You sell 1 US Dollar : 0.71343 Jordanian Dinar

    Median price = 1.40168 / 1.42159 (bid/ask)
    Minimum price = 1.40154 / 1.41443
    Maximum price = 1.40825 / 1.42187
    Let the fun begin
Now all the neighbors can be compatable
    Thanks bs :) (lol)

    Eid-Grant
Iraqis to get $203 million for the Eid
    By Kawthar Abdul-Amir
Baghdad, Oct 8, (VOI) – The Iraqi parliament agreed on Sunday to allocate 300 billion Iraqi dinars ($203 million) as grants for the Eid.
Each Iraqi citizen would thus get 10,000 Iraqi dinars ($6.8) on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of the month of fasting.
The money would be distributed out in cheques with the ration cards and cashed at banks
Eid-Grant :: Aswat al Iraq :: Aswat al Iraq

i suspect they are only spending this much money on the bonus'. but to give it out in cheques with the card would indicate they can then revalue previous to the date printed on the check. which would benefit both the citizens AND the cbi. the money is already taken out of the budget at the lower rate and wont impact like revaluing and THEN handing it out which would come out of the funding at the revalued rate instead.

i think we can apply this ideology to the student bonus' as well.

Karinc, how will iraq make any money if their exchange rate stays the same?

If it didn't matter what their exchange rate was against other currencies then why do they keep putting out articles talking of the need to raise the exchange rate of the dinar?

I truely believe we are all on the winning side of a historic event. For all the people that told us we were crazy fools for investing in a country of chaos and death, they sound have listened. You can't stop dreamers, we will always find a way.

This investment was just crazy enough to work with odds so long, how could you not throw a few hundreds or thousands at it. How many people play the lottery to dream. This is the lottery with better odds and incredible payouts

I am honored to be in this with all of you
