I agree with you Susie as long as the reval has happened, I just don't see them opening accounts with $6.00. But I do belive that the checks or cards will be issued with dates on them that they are good to cash/use/deposit that will be on or after the reval. Just my 2 cents

In the old testament ( including the 1st 5 books which they use ),
10 is often used to signify COMPLETENESS.

Maybe 10 is still very significant.
