So the FIL is passed, I thought that went hand in hand with having a internationally exchangeable currency. how can they have foreign investors when their currency is still not international?

Hang on. The FIL just passed, and in my opinion, they were pretty quiet about it before actually doing it, but the braniacs at this little 'ol site saw it comin.'..Don't fret. The Iraqi's seem to take 3 hits from their jewel covered hookahs (I believe Susie discovered this in her research) before making any decisions.

if i remember correctly i read the fil some time back and found the paragraph that would be dealing with the currency value so it is tied to the fil in some capacity.
