With all the years of oppression, deaths, torture, killing, poverty, displacement, pain and suffering....the Iraqi citizens need to be compensated more than $6.80 for some bread and candy! If the country is going to share in the oil wealth this would be a good time to show them how that would work I believe they deserve the R/V to start their lives over and have some hope for the future. This would be a great time for the R/V, jump start the economy as well as put hope for a better tomorrow in the hearts of the people

I am looking for the RV on the 20th, just before they distribute the funds. It will give merchants a chance to change their prices and be an awesome gift for the holiday.
