Wednesday, October 11th 2006
Iraq Minister of Foreign Affairs Hoshyar Zebari gave a briefing at the Ministry headquarters on Oct. 11.

On Oct. 8 Zebari met with Ilka Uusitalo, the European Commission's Delegate to Iraq. At the meeting, Zebari emphasized the Iraqi government's pursuit of an agreement on political dialogue between Iraq and the EU, as well as the free trade agreement between them and the United Nations International Compact for Economic Partnership with Iraq.

I believe that it was posted that the press conference was at 2:00pm in Iraq on the 12th,there was also a post that mentioned 1:00 (but the 2:00 was a more recent post. I'm in Arizona , so if I have my times right, I would be looking at 12:00am (the 12th) for the press conference to begin.

With all this info they have just released to the World they would have to RV or they risk much more speculation.
Also if they give the Iraq people 10,000 Dinar before an RV. Then they spend it that day on a loaf of bread and then the next day it goes up can you imagine the violence then.
I think with them making it known that the FIL has passed and the Hydrocarbon Gas Law will pass next week that they have no over option than to RV.
Dinar-ExcitedKeep a positive mind.
I have my MOJO back!!!!!!
