I think that they will announce a reval today especially with CBI now showing 1470...I don't remember it being this before but I could be wrong. I think they will have to reval today even if if enactment not in effect for 7-10 days only because if they don't it may cause chaos people knowing that all of the sudden the currency that was essentially worthless is now very much valuable...and it could cause people to steal from other Iraqi's primarily. They would not want to open an account or deposit their currency until they know it has it's value....even though the banks would revalue the amount there is still a lot of distrust in Iraq with banks....and they may not be so quick to deposit their dinars until they see in black and white that it's value is the new value. Just my opinion and I am tired so sorry if it doesn't make much sense.

IMO there making them go into the banks to get there 10k, because they'll also give them the lower bills. LOL JMHMO
