Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.

Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

    Wink

Thanks all, Mrs A does alright all in all!! bless her, a top lass. Hope to give her the villa she so wants one day.

Yea looking good all in all. Reading more and more positive posts with REAL articles instead of rumours. I believe it's already planned as to the date and rate of a reval and it's a case of going Let's hope it's soon and at a high rate, keep seeing the old rate of .31 being thrown around. Possible, but with Iraq anything is!

Anyways, just going for a hunt for articles/news, back later. ;0)

    Insurgency on decline in Iraq

    http://www.aina.org/news/2006030895045.htmInsurgents 'In Decline' Across Iraq

Baghdad -- Coalition forces in Iraq have significantly weakened the al-Qaeda terrorists there and are getting on top of the insurgency, according to the commander of Australian forces in the Middle East.

Brigadier Paul Symon told The Age that most members of the coalition military forces in Iraq were confident Iraq was not on the brink of civil war after the Samarra mosque bombing and they believed the "quality" of al-Qaeda attacks had fallen in recent months.

Significant numbers of al-Qaeda's most experienced people had been killed or captured, he said.

"We are seeing a diminishing in the effectiveness in terms of its tactics and techniques."

Good post, and I agree, Joe Scarbourough was on TV this morning saying the same thing, and he is correct, and I am glad a few like him will say it like it is rather than all the BS we have become use to hearing.

    Good luck to all, Mike
