The exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar to rise today, Thursday, at the dollar figure is the highest recorded this year in an auction the Central Bank of Iraq in 1470 dinars.

I think it just means that the rise of rate to 1470, its the highest rate that the dinar has reached this whole year. It's just the translation that makes it a bit hard to understand.

Sounds to me like they are just saying that the value 1470 is the highest it's been this year.

Nothing major guys, just means it's the best rate this year. Doesn't mean a r/v today or anything.

Why are the numbers different? Shouldn't they show the same numbers no matter which why you convert???
