And I am considering buying from them especially as they allow for COD payment

BEWARE, they are one of the worst, as I am sure others will post as I know several who waited for over 5 weeks for delivery, and that came only after threats, as was the case with someone I know personally who ordered from them.

Yes I am a victim as my orders since last Dec.05 which I have not yet received. I phoned and he agreed to send but until now the dinar notes never arrive.What shall I do? Any suggestions? Thanks.

That is longer than any other complaint I have helped people with. It is about time you threaten them with calling the Treasury, FTC and IL AG's office if you don't receive your orders tracking number the next day. Crazy how these jerks get away with this for over six months now. If you have your payment proof, call the BBB and lodge a complaint as well, and if you don't get your order after threat of reporting them, then you must follow through and do call FTC-SCAMS and file a complaint.
