hmmm...

i thought about the 'bad translation' but i highlighted a previous sentence in the same article that said basically the same thing but was interpreted differently. i believe the reason why is it was stated differently.

ACCESSIONS

Iraq

A request for accession under Article XII was received by the Director-General of the WTO on 30 September 2004. A Working Party was established at the General Council meeting on 13 December 2004. Iraq submitted a Memorandum on the Foreign Trade Regime in September 2005. The Working Party has not yet met.

hmmm...

I tried to put in a order today that will force them to give me a smaller denomenation thru my Wachovia Bank. I usally go to Chase. But I thought I would try one of my other Banks to see if they come thru. They said that they can do it. But would have to place the exchange on Monday morning. I will have my wife do this and follow up with the info. Unless we get the r/v before. I still have the Day Job M-F.

My point of this is Wachovia bank says they can now do the exchanges too. I guess more Banks are getting involved. Will see Monday.

I don't understand this last table about Iraq paying into the IMF fund yearly. Can anyone provide an explanation?
