i believe thats always been there. dinar is reallly broken down into fils, however at the present rate fils are rather redundant.

right but it hasnt always been there for usd,euro etc and i could swear its always been an even number ( i think) its the addition to all of currency pairs and the odd number that caught my attn ok been up to long i guess time for sleep
