Completion of the work of renowned calendar
Reconstruction of the draft Central Bank Building

An official source at the National Center for Laboratories and Research construction of the Ministry of Construction and Housing to complete construction work calendar for the reconstruction project of building the Central Bank of Iraq in the street after being subjected to rational bombing during the military actions.

The source said, We have been conducting almost (1000) spot-check of the building, consisting of (12) storey may include examination of the site and drew concrete columns and roof slabs noting that during these examinations have been identified areas of weakness and therefore identify ways of treatment have also been conducting routine examinations third of origin through an examination of the loading of the tributaries of Khar Sane to determine the validity of these parts of the hand to carry the weight of its design.

...ssoooooooo...I'm taking it that the postponement of the Reconciliation Convention means nothing regarding any currency revaluation plans in the eyes of everyone here? Just something to consider. If they start the distribution on the 16th. I would assume mailing these out in Iraq could take a while. I mean, do they even deliver mail. How would you like that job. Oh, hello Mr. Suicide Bomber! So if they start sending them out on the 16th. People will probably start getting them on the 20th thru the 24! Just something to think about if it dose not happen tomorrow. Dose anyone have a link about the Repbl. announcement?

I think we need some positive today!!!!

Lets think about it in 3 years they have come along way they have got the Iraqi citizens to come out and vote even when their life's were in danger. To have some hope of a better life. They have become a Democracy. You can not think it would all be smooth sailing they have different ways to us they are making big change on how they do things how they live life. This is a very big transition for them.

Finally we are getting so close with the FIL being passed and the HCL this coming week that is HUGE!!! They are stepping up to the plate. They really have know where else to go now. They have the ground work set out and they are just finalizing everything. If they could make it through 3 years of chaos they can easily make it anther week or two.

I mean what are they going to do sit with the Laws being passed but not implemented for several years NO that will not happen. We all know that when they implement these Laws they have to RV. They have stated that they will implement the Laws within one month. I think if they are handing out the Debit cards and have not RV'd that they were just handing them out to get ready for the end of Ramadan and will just hit a little button to activate the Debit cards.

Really the Iraq Dinar is the lowest currency right now. Lower than the Paso. Iraq is sitting on amazing resources. There is no way on Gods green earth are they not going to RV. Other wise they are giving their resources away for free.

they are letting the ration card people distribute them along with the ration cards. bombers are not going to kill for a cheque.

i think it would change in nyc first.

i wouldnt think the cheques/cards would start to go out before 8am. baghdad time. so im lookin for anytime in the next 8.5 hours.

either that or they postdated the cheques.

That's something I thought about was them postdating the checks, allowing them time to get them out to everybody, so everybody would have them and be able to go in and cash them all on certain day, maybe last day of ramadan, before celebration, or maybe first day of celebration.

the only problem with that idea is that would be an engraved invitation for al quaida to hit the banks.
