I check the site everyday no matter where I'am or what I'm doing for the last 16 months and have never seen this happen...

If there was a power outage in Baghdad they still should have battery back-up or generator especially with it being a bank which would allow access don't you think...??? Just tossing out thoughts.

Nope, I've tried it on a few machines which I haven't used in a while. I also clear all cache, cookies etc at the end of each day. I'm using Firefox by the way. Some links aren't working on the page. Tried with Internet Explorer and it does take a while but resolves the link correctly.
