Bad news to report regarding the cbi website outage. It's wierd data, but the whois info shows the site as Pending Delete, which means it is expired and not renewed. Strangely it also shows that the domain should not require renewal until 2009. None the less, it appears to be an error by Godaddy who is the registrar.
