The Ministry of Construction and Housing is seeking to activate the housing fund for lending entrepreneurial companies, banks and investors to build housing complexes

Could be the dust storm blew out some lines and they closed the street down to prevent insurgents from attacking in the dust...I could choke on that one

Yes . . . you usually see something a little more creative than *can't find server* . . . At least for us when we changed . . . Not good for business . . .

But, I think that depends on the webmaster[s] . . . and as was mentioned . . . these guys seem to be a little lacking in the IT area . . . I get the impression there are a bunch of people here that could help them . . .

I think we are all at a stage where everything and anything is magnified to search for some clues to make us feel better and enhance our hopes. Nothing wrong with that. Just hoping the bloody rv happens though. I am way too stressed hitting refresh constantly!

Does anyone know if the passing of the FIL has been posted in the Gazette yet. Must be soon it was about this time last week that it was passed.
