...The Ministry of Finance issued a circular directed to the ministries and departments not related to the Ministry all dealt with the mechanism that could be adopted for the disbursement of the amount of compensation of the martyrs and injured as a result of terrorist acts ..Where is the ministry or organization is not related to the Ministry of payment of an amount of compensation to the martyred or injured employees and the establishment of a committee formed by the ministry or district concerned to note that the purpose of this exchange is in accordance with the instructions bumper from the Ministry of Finance number ((1)) for 2006 and earlier writers No. Marcos ((4090)) in
(( 8 / 8 / 2006 ))،.((August 8, 2006)), and in the case of certification is to promote the treatment of pensions mentioned.

Kuwait, Kurdistan cooperate in developing oil fields

PNA- Iraqi and Kuwaiti officials plan to secure an agreement of cooperation in the next few months, allowing Kuwait to help Iraq develop its oil fields, according to local media reports.
Kuwait wants to assist Iraq in meeting demands for oil products, especially auto fuel and kerosene, Al-Watan reported.
Hani Hussein, executive chairman and vice-chairman of Kuwait Petroleum Co., said in a statement to Al-Watan that participation "will be limited to the technical aspects only and will not exceed more than that because they did not ask for any other kind of participation."
The Iraqi Oil Ministry has prepared a plan to build new oil refineries, including the Koya refinery in Koysanjak, in semi-autonomous Kurdistan region, at a production capacity of 70,000 barrels per day.
There will be joint visits between the two sides to determine other possible areas of cooperation in addition to the exchange of expertise, getting acquainted with work in Kuwaiti refineries, and observing some outstanding units in the refineries and how to manage them.Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.
Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

Bush says partitioning of Iraq would lead to more violence

PNA- US President George W. Bush on Monday said in a television interview that he opposed dividing Iraq into a Kurdish (Kurdistan), a Shia and a Sunni region, which he said would create even more chaos.
‘Three autonomous regions will create not only a situation where Sunnis and Sunni nations and Sunni radicals will be competing against Shia radicals. The Kurds will then create problems for Turkey and Syria,’ he said in an interview with Fox News.
‘And you have got a bigger mess than we have at this point in time, which I believe is going to be solved.’
The Iraqi parliament on October 11 approved a law which would allow the country’s 18 provinces to hold referendums to merge into larger federal regions with a measure of self-government.
This is expected to confirm the de facto self-rule already enjoyed by the Kurdish north and lead to a new Shia homeland in the oil-rich south.
The measure is opposed by some in the minority Sunni community, who fear that their group will be left with territory in the barren west and center of the country.
Iraqi lawmakers however agreed to freeze the merger process for 18 months to give time to revise the country’s constitution.
Bush also said that violence in Iraq could not be summarized as an insurgency fueled by Iran.
‘I think the enemy is more complex than that,’ he said. ‘We are concerned about some Iranian involvement, particularly in the delivery of certain kind of weapons.
‘But the violence that the American people see on their screens is some sectarianism, some criminal activity, and Al Qaeda. And we are dealing with all three,’ he said.

I wish i had your confidence in these damn dinars the longer it goes the less i am inclined to believe an $800 investment is going to make anyone rich
but hey we shall see by the way i am 80,000 short of a million dinars can you help
