He says .336, RR said his contacts in Kurdistan had agreed on .93 euro (1.20ish?) and that it had been accepted. Moving the decimal 3 places to make 1.47 was mentioned by an Iraqi official. We will only know when the CBI site comes up, when it does.

I tend to lean towards the lower .336 as this gives the Iraqi's with their 10K dinar cards approx. $3350ish each, versus over $10k US, with $3350ish being closer to what I would consider "the norm". Also, the lower rate of .336 leaves lots of room for it to grow from there, while a higher number like $1.47 is like a middle of the road number, some may think already too high, some may still want in. At .336, the majority would still want in IMO.

I was thinking the exact same thing, infact I posted something to this effect earlier today. The fact is, that he may very well be looking at it as dinar to dollar because he is in Iraq, and thats most likely the way it was quoted to him (I am almost certain this is the case).

I have also been thinking about this alot today, and I now think that armymp's post on T&B was either a clever dealer making a play on our excitment, or (more likely, IMO) this is a legit post from a guy who knows of T&B, is prolly regged under a dirrerent name, and just posted under armymp because it was fast, and in all of his excitement and hurry figured screw it, at least I am getting the word out.

I think the second is more likely because if it was a dealer, he would of posted it here, or at AD or IDI or one of the more populated sites. I would personally hit up this place as it is usually overflowing with excitment, but it was posted at the ghosttown T&B site.

True, but CBI isn't using Godaddy for hosting, only for domain name registration, and I think that we determined for DNS, but I don;t recall for sure.
