In an effort to improve communications service in Iraq and the Ministry of Communications has a new plan to develop communications in Baghdad and other governorates, and the rehabilitation of the telephone network.

when you replace phone lines, upgrade them to fibre optic, you install the lines and hook them up then its all triggered over at once. the phone lines are never down or there is very little interruption.
(former fibre optic installer in a galaxy far far away)

I wouldn't put much stock in those conversion quotes.

i agree...iraq dinar daily exchange rate site is different...we will have to wait till cbi site is up...hopefully soon
