Well,
That's an interesting bump, isn't RR? Taking into account that they did not indicate this yesterday when you ordered, and the fact that we are sitting on a CBI outage..
Thoughts anyone?

Suppose that they are implementing these systems.
I also read somewhere (no link) that there was a second meeting with World Bank and others on the 19th (tomorrow).
They combine everything: banking systems tested and ready, have a meeting about the revalue and do the revalue.
Then on Friday, the last day of the week, we see big fireworks and a lot of happy iraqi people.
That would be the 20th and everything is ready before the elections in America.
Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!
this just gets stranger and stranger
I like your thinking...but how about this. Maybe they are implementing and testing and NEED to be up and running to report their success at the meeting tomorrow....that would follow along with RR's (Indira) suspecting in a few hours. When they present to the meeting maybe they need to be able to prove successful implementation.. I am just guessing...no hard facts...and low news today. Sorry mods.
They must bebusy with finishing the banking systems!
Because last saturday I got an e-mail and they were working on a Saturday which I have never seen before!!
They have a though timetable and everything must be realized soon!!!
Very interesting...Yesterday no problem....I think there was another member becides RR that called and did not have a problem.....Today (CBI down for almost 2 days) and all of a sudden they can not get them or could it be they decided to keem them for themsleves....hmmmm
Also ties in with the ration cards/checks, the 21st deadline I read and all being done by end of Ramadan......
Maybe we're 'dreaming' but you just never know, an awful lot of coincidences....
Anyone tried to order dinars today?????
FYI- Friday is the holy day of the weekend in the Middle East. Don't expect any anoucements then. It would be equivalent to the FED putting out info on sunday in the US. But Eid begins on the 22 or 23 of Oct. following the end of Ramadan.
