I just got back from the local Chase branch here in Houston (picking up latest batch). When I asked if they were still selling, the teller said YES. I told her that I heard some Chase branches were no longer selling and she said they have not been told anything.

BTW, this batch was all 10K and 5K.

I would bet that this is a convenient time. For the CBI to be doing things. That they do not want people to see! Like building reserves, taking in large chunks of cash from oil deals! They would have to do this to curb speculation! IMHO.

I'm in agreement with Adster. It would seem that an outfit like Chase, with branches in 52 countries would have a handle on the possibility of a RV. Doesn't seeem like they would continue if there was an RV in the works. You can bet they have their ear very close to the source on this issue.

When you shut down a website, but want to retain the domain name and possibly a message to customers you can park the domain. This way you can take down the site and not have to pay for all the bandwith.
