did you ask her where they got that information??? i was unaware of that info being published anywhere but the cbi site and then in an article at aswataliraq daily auction information is posted everyday there is an auction. there has been NO AUCTION NEWS listed at aswataliraq. that tells me there has been NO AUCTION.
IMF is making them be more transparent in their dealings so you wouldnt have an auction not even listed anywhere.
not against you but im callin bs.JULY STILL AINT NO LIE!!!

I emailed them my stock pick list on Sunday 15th and Mr. I confirmed the very same day that the purchase would be executed on Monday 16th and that I would receive the details from his ISX department. Havent heard from them yet, so I don't know if my purchase has gone through. But it's only 2 days so far! Up to now I really can't complain in any way. They have offered an excellent and VERY FAST service (better than any German bank that I've known so far)! I am also going to buy Warka stocks as soon as they trade again!

New Idea
Ok, so we all love to chat...and chat about the news. When someone posts we all want to comment or share thoughts, which is a good thing, but not for someone that wants "the facts, mame, just the facts". SO, here's my idea:
Let's just have a chat thread just like this. Don't laugh....listen. Where we can post the news and comment just like we are doing now BUT Have a separate thread just for the news articles. Ok, it means a double post but wouldn't that be easier than Neno having to come in here and MOVE ALL OUR post every day?!
I think we could handel a news thread for the article and then post that same article in the Chat thread so we could do our thing. I bet if Neno moved all the news articles and left the chatter he would have less to do
I just don't think we can stop ourselves from commenting and that is the fun stuff that links us together. I think we can keep the CRAZY thread for just the CRAZY stuff. So we would have 3 seperate threads: 1.) for news posts to chat about 2.) just for news posts, no chat and 3.) go CRAZY thread ( this is more a social conversation club, really fun with the dinar gals, but there is no news there to chat about so it gets a bit disorintated. It's a great CRAZY thread. When we see a topic like IT, CBI down, Dinars changing etc. they should be started in a new thread just for that topic.
I don't see any other way, with all that is going on, to keep it clean. We do want to help the mods, who we so dearly love, but chatting about the news is fun. Today was crazy but great to get everyones comments and sense of humor. I don't think we should stop that but just post the news for those that don't have time to stop and chat.
Ok, my thoughts, anyone else? What do you all think? Would it work? I think it is worth a try.

It was Iran, not Iraq; I guess President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad doesn't want his MTV. Here's the full article to Brain's link:
Iran restricts broadband speeds to 128Kbps
October 18, 2006 8:02 AM PDT
The Guardian's Web site ran a report Wednesday stating that Iran's government is restricting Internet download speeds in an effort to keep outside influences from undermining its Islamic culture among the younger generation.
Service providers have been told to restrict download speeds to 128Kbps (kilobits per second), the article said. This should make it more difficult for people to download foreign music and video from the Net.
Presumably upload speeds have also been limited, although the article didn't specify those speeds. Limiting upload capacity will make it more difficult for groups opposing the government or organizing protests to put information onto Web sites.
The restrictions on Internet speeds come after a crackdown on illegal satellite dishes, which millions of Iranians use to watch western television, the article said. Thousands of dishes have been seized in recent months.

Nope
I meant Iran. They have got all their people's Internet off to another servers outside of Iran. The reason stated for, so noone reads outside sources to porn and sex sites. Others say that is a cover up for them to reach the outside for news of political sites of nation's outside theres. I just thought that maybe there was a connection.
