I meant to tell all this yesterday. But the Day Job was rough and just slipped my mind, Anyhow. A fellow co-worker that has listen to me on the dinar Investment, had gone camping last weekend. While they and all the others campers were sleeping one night, alot of them got robbed during the course of the night. You know like fishing poles and gear.

The next morning as they were all introducing them selves to each other as they were all giving reports to the Rangers that had been called to the area. My Co-Worker freind over heard a guy say he was a contractor resently in Jordan. Not military.

They got to talking about Iraq and the Dinar. Now the guy said that everyone (involved in his company of outside Contractors) was stacking up and sending home dinars for the longest now. My freind ask him if he was going back. He said his part was done in Jordan. And that with what they had Invested in the Dinar, mostlikly would be retiring upon its revalue.

Just thought that I would share this from a coincident of a US Contractor that was only in Jordan and never in Iraq. So the Jordanians know what's up too. Good Night to you all.

The Iraqi Central Bank announced the actual operation of the system timely adjustments (rtgs) during an extensive meeting held with officials of the World Bank, Al-Rafidain, Al-Rashid and the managers of three commercial private banks.
A source at the Central Bank of Iraq in said that the results of this preliminary work rules were satisfactory and fulfilling ambition. It is hoped in the near future from Ministry of Finance to participate in this system with the gradual entry of other banks operating in Iraq and as the system will be a better opportunity for the Iraqi banking system and also all users of its services; including the speed transfers and banking-related communications within Iraq.

And regarding the way to operate the (rtgs), the source pointed out that the Central Bank of Iraq established a new department for this purpose that will be a branch of the Directorate General of accounts in the bank. While the technical aspects of the system will be assigned to the computer department.

The source added that there is coordination with the general company of communications and mail in the Ministry of Communications to facilitate the communication network between the banks and Central Bank. I was on the Free Dinar call tonight. There were a couple things mentioned that I hadn't read about on here. The one that really surprised me was that they had talked with the cousin of the MoF today on the phone. Through his broken English they heard him saying he had made a couple calls after he found out the CBI website was down. He was saying something about additional denominations of Dinar but thats all they could understand. I was hoping Dan would go a little deeper on that story. Dan (Apollo) also made some great arquements for a higher reval to keep a balance of Dinar being bought and sold via the world markets. If I missed anything feel free to add to this post. Last night at around midnight Arizona time, the website for the Central Bank of Iraq went down. They normally post the daily exchange rates at 2:30 am (again, AZ time). However, when 2:30 came and went, with the site still being down it made us wonder. After our local “geek” did some investigating we found that the site was not down due to circumstances such as weather, or bad connections. It was taken down by someone at the CBI.



For this reason, along with all the recent news good economic news (Foreign Investment Law passed, the Hydrocarbon Law being voted on, the 10K Dinars being distributed to their citizens, and much, much more) we have decided to suspend sales immediately.



We have taken our entire inventory off the site, and any checks that come in after this announcement, or that haven’t been cashed will be placed on hold.



Because of the fact that NOBODY can get the current exchange rate of the Dinar, I would assume that there are no dealers currently selling Dinar.



If and when CBI posts the rates, and if they are new (like we have all been waiting for) we will send out a new email, and depending on what the rate is, we will either be selling Dinar, buying Dinar, or retiring from the business!



Of course we hope the latter, and we also hope that many of you will also be able to retire or at least live your dreams.



We also hope that many of you will not forget the men and woman that have fought for us and Iraq and have given the ultimate sacrifice. I know many charity’s here in Phoenix that will be having a very good year, if this all works out the way we hope.

I listen to the conference call tonight from freedinar & they talked about this stopping sales of dinar are other dealers following siut or are these guys getting all worked up I doubt that they would lose out on sales over alot of speculation. I know they have alot of dealers in there line of salesmen maybe there sold out or waiting for more or there on to something wouldn't that be nice .Maybe I'll go over to E-bay & buy a few 100k & see what happens
