There are many ways for you to express your opinion, you simply chose one of the more offensive ones. Try being a little more diplomatic, for the sake of common courtesy.

Heres what I think, shut the streets down, lay the wires (obviously the computers are gonna have to be shut down, hence no cbiraq.org for a few days). In the mean time give the bank employees a few refresher courses (don't wanna be bothered by phone calls, people are trying to learn here.) Weekend hits, bank clears out, along comes the IT crews to get all this wiring in place, new servers up and running smooth, and programs updated/installed (hence cbi comes back online tests are preformed, software is tested, ect) and thats where we are at now. "Restucturing" has to be more than a mere word, Sunday morning workers are introduced to the new system, maybe everything changes from there, or maybe they get a week to get used to it before the "real deal".

i figure like this.. if theres an auction tommrow and the rate stays the same
then maybe it was a glitch nothing more if the rate changes seriously then ok there might be somthing later in the works but if come tommrow and it still says mondays rate ... somethings fishy

There will not be a auction now until Sunday!

Ramadan ended last year Nov 3rd...auctions were held the week prior to EID al Fitr
