Thread: Iraq/Dinar News. 09/05 to 01/14/07

This maybe a long shot but when my brother is working on his website and doing a new page - he does it to were it don't show on the website then once he likes it - he brings it to the website. Sooooo if there would be new pages on the CBI website wouldn't they be parked somewhere?

replace the XXX to find the "new" pages that are parked and ready to load? Grandma here is not a computer geek but it's a long shot to find the updated stuff that is not on the website yet???

Think of the positives coming from my fingers..... You get to read the english language. This should help you improve your understanding of such.

The grey matter between my ears is telling me that you need to practice a little diplomacy. Your use of our language makes you look "not so nice"

Folks I can see were Winner is coming from. Not everyone here is fluent in english, we have many people from many nations posting and reading here.

Maybe we need to have a Just News Thread and then a sister thread for disscussion of the news. Not the crazy thread but a separate disscussion thread! It might make things easier. Think about it, if you did not understand english and had to use a translator, man that would be a b**$! That would make it much easier for those that are looking for pure news and if they had a language problem like Winner it would make it much more simple for them and save a bunch of time. And then we could still continue on like we are here in the disscussion thread.

OK... let's expand on this thought for a little bit.. just thinking out loud here so don't go bashing me..

let's say there IS a news thread and a sister "discussion" thread. I post a news article in the news thread and then I go post that same article in the "discussion" thread. A "news only" person reads the article in the "news thread" and is prompted to ask a clarifying question. Person hops on over to the "discussion" thread to post the question. Members begin to respond and we are back in the same situation we are at now due to the language barrier.

Another scenario would be the "news only" person reads the article in the "news only" thread and forgets he/she is in the "news only" thread and posts a clarifying question within the "news only" thread and prompts responses to be posted in that thread thus defeating the purpose of the thread.

Thoughts?
