Maliki send a committee headed by the Minister to examine the situation in the city of Amarah
Baghdad / long-KUNA
Dispatched Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki today to security ministerial committee headed by Minister of National Security Shirwan Alowaeli to the city of Amarah, south of Baghdad, to monitor the security situation after the clashes broke out against the backdrop of the assassination of Brigadier General in the Criminal Intelligence Service of the National Police.
A spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Brigadier General Qasim al-Musawi said in a statement that the committee would meet with tribal leaders and dignitaries in a city and the parties of the Sadri trend toward calming the situation and stop the violence.
Musawi said that the negotiations take place in the presence of important clerics and tribal leaders will be updated with the arrival of the ministerial committee dispatched by al-Maliki.
He added that there were two companies of the Iraqi army, consisting of 230 troops to assist in the defense of the status of our deployment in the city at a time when British forces to provide air attribution.

Turkey recognizes Iraq 120 people crossed the border in an informal way

The security source in Zakho district of Dahuk Governorate yesterday, Friday, that the Turkish authorities handed over (120) people crossed the border illegally to the Kurdish security services.
The source said, , who asked to remain anonymous, said "these persons, most of the people of Dohuk governorate, , including women and children, where crossed the border illegally. and arrested by the Turkish authorities in the province (provinces), and handed over to the security agencies in the compound (Ibrahim Khalil) border the night before last. "

The Central Criminal Court convicted 27 accused various crimes including kidnapping, possession of illegal weapons and the use and benefit of the legal documents of other persons, whose leadership and join the armed groups and cross the border illegally. " He pointed out that the court also issued a death sentence to an Iraqi man of the American charges of kidnapping and violation of paragraphs / c Dr. H. / Article 421 of the Iraqi Penal Code for his involvement in the kidnapping of three persons. "
The statement added that the court also issued sentences of two to 15 years on the personnel of different nationalities, including Egypt, Syria, Libya and Saudi Arabia. Jordan on charges of violating the Passport Law and entering the country illegally.
