What do you make of this listing on ebay. I questioned the guy and told him there is no million iraqi dinar note, and he has replied that there is. I'm confused.
The real answer is to take a look at the category it's listed in:

Listed in category: Coins > Banknotes > Novelty/ Replica Banknotes

He obviously knows its a fake...

    Default Yazzmen rate

I was tooling around with this "Yazzmen" word in google and they suggested "Yasmeen". So I tried it with "rate" and got this...

Money laundering - The hawala alternative remittance system

The use of the word "Yasmeen" refers to a name but...reading this article...well...I don't know ????? what to make of it. I think its what were looking for, but how to apply it to the CBI article? Remember the post I made a few days ago about the "Big Heads"? :

Wonder if this is all connected somehow? Any thoughts?

    Cheers!

    Default Marazi interest Rate Policy

More on these confounding words from the CBI Article:

Marazi is actually Marazzi....you can read this article for a basic idea of it:

Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System International Finance Discussion Papers Number 833 April 2005

    And this:

Have U.S. Import Prices Become Less Responsive to Changes in the Dollar?

So in effect...this Marazzi policy will have to do with Susie's find today:

The rise in the value of the Iraqi currency against the dollar would reduce the value of imports, and raising the value of exports. As exports are negligible, the economy will benefit from the policy of raising the rate of the Iraqi dinar. He emphasized that this action has positive effects, when used with other procedures, the most important financial policy, which is based on controlling public spending, The use of fiscal policy to reduce the cash, They are difficult to apply.

    Cheers!
