Wow!!!!!!! Check this out..............
But dealing in the market on the basis of supply and demand, this means that speculators small dealers with any citizen would have very high profits for this reason any of supply and demand..And the expectations of market prices between the observer that the dollar exchange rate in the auction, the central place in the Central Bank of Iraq finally began to retreat before the Iraqi dinar,
retreat Before the Iraqi dinar.......I read this to mean if they put the dinar on the open market and let suply and demand drive it......It will go "back" (retreat) to the ( back to value of the dinat before ) "value" as before of the "dinar "
A sudden rise of the dollar exchange rate in Iraq
Because of holiday

Varied in the dollar exchange rate between the American Central Bank of Iraq and domestic markets, especially after the official stopped the auction to sell currencies to convene for a period of ten days because of Eid al-Fitr.
The observers of the currency market that any appropriate punctuated by public holidays and special continuing for several days is expected to raise the value of the American dollar against the Iraqi dinar but the difference is limited only in the most serious cases of 1500 dinars to the dollar, because such increases in the view of some speculators will be temporary, They fear from the Iraqi Central Bank by stopping safety valve of the Iraqi dinar and the market. Even the view that the bank market rose as the case already before this year and a half it would go a vacation to begin offering large amounts of hard currency on the market and directly and at prices lower than the price of this transaction and believe more speculators nervous about keeping large quantities within their bags due to the risk of loss. But dealing in the market on the basis of supply and demand, this means that speculators small dealers with any citizen would have very high profits for this reason any of supply and demand. And the expectations of market prices between the observer that the dollar exchange rate in the auction, the central place in the Central Bank of Iraq finally began to retreat before the Iraqi dinar, as the bank began raises huge amounts of dollars because of the need of local government to criticism, especially as the volume of government consumption increased recently and this requires secure Sarvia T. through the auction. Finally, the supply has increased from $ 35 million to $ 60 million per day.
1477.The Bank has begun daily canteen in his possession at 1470 dinars to the dollar after the dollar in 1477. As in the markets believe that dealing with citizen not affected sudden decline in rushing to raise prices with the increase and the same moment, and it is expected to increase demand during these ten days, which would not be attended by the Central Bank of Iraq, but is disproportionately strong. And the last formal meeting of the bank, among the auction manager in the bank that the rate at which the yacht by the auction sale was 1470 dinars to the dollar, Before the bank at the auction, according to the desire of buyers and the sale of 43.8 million at the same prices and the quantity sold in cash to banks and clients to 18.690 million in 1470 and the rate of addition to a difference of 11 points prices and profitability ratios. The quantity sold for money out of Iraq was $ 25 million, at 1470 dinars. This means that the amounts of money went on sale quantities of banks and this is due to the increased demand for conversion, especially after the increased need to acquit the companies collaborating with the outside world and the start of the reconstruction phase in Iraq.

Bush tells US ‘I’m not happy with Iraq’
By Caroline Daniel in Washington
Published: October 25 2006 18:56 | Last updated: October 25 2006 23:48
President George W. Bush on Wednesday sought to align himself with US public opinion when he said he was “not satisfied either” with rising violence in Iraq. But he warned that US troops were needed to “prevent a full-scale civil war”.
Although Mr Bush said he had no intention of “standing in the crossfire between rival factions in Iraq”, officials and analysts in the Middle East – and some Republican loyalists – are saying US troops already face that direct challenge.
In a sombre press conference on Wednesday, the president spent nearly 15 minutes in an opening statement trying to knit together often-contradictory arguments.
He moved from expressing “serious concern” about Iraq, while emphasising progress was being made, to being resolute about the ultimate outcome in the country but flexible about military tactics to attain that end.
He stressed his role as commander-in-chief – “the ultimate accountability rests with me” – even as he deferred to the commanders on the ground to dictate troop levels.
The Bush administration has consistently rejected timetables for withdrawal, accusing proponents of being defeatists. However, on Tuesday US officials said the Iraqis should take full control of security within 18 months. The Iraqis had “committed themselves to a timetable for making some of those decisions”, said *Zalmay Khalizad, US ambassador to Iraq.
Although Mr Bush for the first time embraced the idea of “benchmarks”, saying they would make victory more likely, he continued to assert he did not support a fixed timetable. There were “significant differences between benchmarks for a government to achieve and a timetable for withdrawal”, he said.
The press conference marked Mr Bush’s latest attempt to control the debate about Iraq, amid mounting criticism even from Republican loyalists. The administration has struggled to redefine both the terms and goals of its engagement in Iraq. On Monday, officials said they would stop using the phrase “stay the course”.
The concept of victory in Iraq has been scaled back, to an Iraq that can “defend, govern and sustain itself”. Mr Bush acknowledged the US’s most immediate goal was “to prevent a full-scale civil war from happening in the first place”.
That is some way from the definitions set out in November in the Victory in Iraq document. It said the short-term view of victory was an “Iraq that is making steady progress in fighting terrorists, meeting political milestones, building democratic institutions, and standing up security forces”. The medium-term goal was to have a “fully constitutional government in place”.
Mr Bush said he would consider any “proposal that will help us achieve victory” but declined to say whether he would directly engage with Iran and Syria to resolve tensions.
“Iran and Syria understand full well that the world expects them to help Iraq,” he said.
Mr Bush offered his *support to two embattled figures. He said Nouri al-Maliki, prime minister, was “the right man to achieve the goal in Iraq”, and called Donald Rumsfeld, secretary of defence, “a smart, tough, capable administrator”.
