I was just thinking about the enactment of the FIL and it not being posted in the gazette yet. They may wait to post it after the meetings. I do think they have enacted it just because of all of the things happening it just fits into place for all the information that is out there JMO.

OR maybe it hasn't been inacted but Iraq is lining up deals because it is emminent. Perhaps building up a cache before they open for business.

just picked up another 1MIL from chase today, 24 hour turn around, all 25k notes, in slightly circulated condition, same buy price of 767.67 per million.

I was thinking about the WTO membership that they are working on and when I was checking out the World Trade Organization website I noticed something to keep in mind. You can view any document on there as long as it is unclassified or has been DECLASSIFIED. I wouldn't be surprised if it also is not already done and just has not been declassified yet. Just something to toss out there! I think this is going to be a wild next 48 hours also...
