I thought I seen somewhere that Bank of America was selling as well. I have tried to search the threads but only find Chase. Anyhow, I went to my local branch today to open an account and buy another mil. That is how much I believe in this upcoming week. An hour and a half later, after I was in the managers office explaining this thing they finally called the Financial services division and was told they do not and have never sold NID. Am I wrong? The manager and account services manager asked me to get the info and let them know as it sounded like a good deal....LOL.

the rate wont change while the forex is open at the end of the week. they publisized that article in the evening after that meeting they had. it would be near enough time for the forex to close for it to be safe enough to expose that information.

once that fil is enacted everyone in big business knows its time to move in and will be actively seeking signatures from the iraqis. now unless they want to sign those contracts at 1470 dinar: 1 dollar i would think they would want that money a bit higher. dont think for one minute that phone has stopped ringing in baghdad after that fil enactment tidbit hit the newswire.

thats my philosophy of why i think they will open it on the forex because if they dont it would be extremely wise knowing its coming to buy the shiite out of dinar.

I agree. Unless you have some "well connected" friends, it'll be tough to get out before your commited time.

i have seen on here numerous times that chase buys there dinars from bank of america, and before them, they used to purchase from american express, i believe ( Rolls Royce )

I bought my last several Mil through UMB in Springfield and the turn was 1 to 2 days and at purchase price. You may need to educate them.

I had the same trouble with BoA today, previous post, and would really like some insight. If I could get one branch that did sell maybe that would help.
