calling any of these banks is 99.999% a waste of time, even when you go in person, they all tell you NO, you have to ask many times, and they have to ask other tellers, who have to ask other tellers, for the bank managers to say " lets look it up in our computers and see if we sell them ........ click, click, click, oh, I guess we do sell them, they are X for the exchange rate "
LOL - at least my experience

UMB said when you go to exchange your dinar (when it r/v's) then it would take three weeks for the return and the (r/v) rate would be when they finally processed the exchange. it could be a week or two before the rate would be established for the exchange. is there a quicker smoother process somewhere else?

Neno has asked for the discussion about banks (which is important) to be placed in the appropriate thread. It just seems unfair to him, as I am sure he has a life away from this forum, that he has to spend so much time moving posts. Only thinking of him and his requests.
