Article (139): Laws are published in the official gazette, and are in effect from the publishing date as long as it is not legislated otherwise.

Considering it may have a market sensitive nature it could be legislated otherwise.

I don't know where that 30 day rule came from.

HELP looking at the above chart - the tabs say "Price" does that mean US dollar for stock in each one? Sorry a bit new to this website.

Well.... take this post and add it to the post yesterday containing an article from the IMF instructing exchange rate info be kept hush hush... sounds like it may qualify as being "legislated". Thoughts?

Yes, publishing stipulations of the law before it is enacted with other instruments of financial policy could give a market edge to certain investors, and we don't want any of that Soros action stepping on our toes.
